SEO OPTIMIZATION
Make Your Website Easier to Find and Use
Technical SEO, useful content and clear page structure for US businesses. We prioritize observable issues, agree the work and track the available search evidence over time.
What we can include in your scope
Who it’s for
US service businesses that need clearer service pages, healthier technical foundations and useful content for potential customers.
How it works
We review the site and available Search Console evidence, agree priorities, and make approved changes. You receive change notes and performance context. Rankings, indexing timelines and traffic growth cannot be guaranteed.
What a first SEO review covers
We start with what Google can see today and fix the issues that block or confuse it, before writing new content:
Indexing
Which pages Google has indexed, which it excluded and why, using Search Console data you share with us.
Sitemap and crawl paths
The XML sitemap should list only live, canonical pages. Redirected, duplicate or template URLs are removed so crawlers spend time on pages that matter.
Titles and descriptions
Each page gets a unique title that fits in search results and matches what people search for, plus a description that explains the page honestly.
Service and location pages
One clear page per service, with enough detail to answer the questions a buyer asks before they get in touch. Location pages only for areas you actually serve.
Local signals
Google Business Profile categories, services and contact details, and whether your name, address and phone appear consistently across the web.
Structured data
Organization, Service and FAQ markup where it reflects content that is visible on the page.
Speed and mobile experience
Core Web Vitals from Search Console and PageSpeed Insights, with fixes prioritized by effort and impact.
AI search visibility
Whether pages answer questions directly, cite sources for factual claims, and are open to the crawlers that AI search features use.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SEO cost?
Ongoing SEO starts at $750 per month for a small business site. Larger sites, many locations or regular content production are quoted individually. The scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts, and there is no long-term lock-in beyond what the written scope states. See pricing.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No. As Google’s own guidance says, no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. We agree priorities, make documented changes and report what the search data shows.
What is GEO or AI search optimization?
It means making pages easy for AI search features to understand and cite: direct answers, clear structure, accurate facts with sources, and crawler access. Google states there are no additional requirements to appear in its AI features beyond normal SEO best practices, so the foundations are the same.
Do you need access to my website?
We can start from public data and read-only Search Console access. If changes are needed, we list them first and make them only after you approve.
Do you write the content?
Content production can be part of the scope or handled by your team. Either way, we provide the outline, the questions the page should answer and the on-page requirements.
How do you report progress?
In writing, at the agreed cadence: what changed, why, and what Search Console shows since. No calls are required.
Is SEO or Google Ads better for my business?
They do different jobs. Ads can bring visibility quickly while you pay for clicks; SEO builds visibility over time. See Local SEO vs. paid ads.
Ready to get started?
Ongoing SEO starts at $750 per month. The final fee depends on site size, technical issues and content needs; content production, development and paid tools are identified in the proposal.
