META ADS MANAGEMENT
Facebook & Instagram Ads With a Clear Plan
Reach potential customers with an agreed creative and campaign plan. We define the objective, budget, measurement requirements and reporting before starting.
What we can include in your scope
Who it’s for
US businesses that need a focused Facebook or Instagram campaign, with clear ownership of creative, budget and measurement.
How it works
Start with tracking evidence and permitted account access. We agree campaign goals, creative approvals and launch timing, then review performance against the available evidence. Creative production, tracking repairs and ongoing management are scoped explicitly.
What we check before spending more
Most Meta Ads problems we see start with measurement or setup, not with targeting. Before recommending more budget, we review these points:
Pixel and Conversions API
We check that the Meta pixel fires on the pages that matter and, if the Conversions API is in use, that browser and server events share an event ID so Meta can deduplicate them. Duplicate events make results look better than they are.
The event the campaign optimizes for
A campaign optimized for page views or link clicks will find people who view and click. We confirm the optimization event is the closest available signal to a real enquiry, such as a submitted form or a tracked call.
Lead quality, not just lead count
Instant Forms are easy to submit, so we compare what the ads report with what actually arrives in your inbox or CRM before deciding what to scale.
Learning phase and account structure
New or edited ad sets go through a learning phase. Too many small ad sets, or frequent edits, can keep delivery unstable. We keep the structure simple enough for the budget.
Creative fatigue
We watch frequency and click-through trends per ad and plan new creative before an ad set runs out of fresh reach.
Restrictions on health-related data
Health-related websites can have limits on which events and parameters Meta accepts. We check what the account actually receives in Events Manager rather than assuming every event arrives.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
Our fee is 12% of your monthly ad spend, with a minimum of $400 per month. The first three months are an initial term, so ad sets have time to leave the learning phase. Creative production is quoted separately. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta and is not included in our fee. The scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts. See pricing.
How long before we know whether Meta Ads work for us?
It depends on budget and how many conversions the account records. New ad sets need time to leave the learning phase, so we agree a review window in writing before launch instead of judging results after a few days.
Do you need access to my ad account?
We start with what you share and what is publicly visible. For hands-on work we ask for partner access through Meta Business Manager. We never need your password, and changes are made only after you approve them.
Who pays for the ads?
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta from your own payment method. Our fee is separate and agreed in the scope.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and follow-up. We commit to a clear plan, agreed tests and honest reporting.
Do we need to schedule calls?
No. We work in writing: email, shared documents and short recorded walkthroughs, so you can review everything on your own schedule.
Should I start with Meta Ads or Google Ads?
Google Ads reaches people who are already searching for your service. Meta Ads reaches people who are not searching yet. See our comparison: Facebook Ads vs. Google Ads for local businesses.
